North East Michigan Community Services Agency (NEMCSA) provides an array of community
services for individuals of all ages and families residing in Otsego County. Click on the project

Northern Family Intervention Services (NFIS) provides Intensive In Home Services to families
referred by Community Mental Health; Parent Educator Services targeting families with children
0-3; and School Success Program providing services to families with children attending Inland

for youth, job and career programs, community playgroups and child care for preschoolers and
